1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Lucky 133 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of lucky133.win, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Lucky 133. Access to and use of the platform is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform — via desktop browser, mobile browser or any other supported method.

These Terms are written in English for clarity and are intended to apply to players based in Pakistan. 2. Eligibility

To register and use Lucky 133, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as individual players.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Lucky 133 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided on request, the account will be suspended until the matter is resolved. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period where eligibility is subsequently found to be in question may be forfeited.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and that you will update your account details promptly if your circumstances change. Providing false registration information, including a false date of birth, is a serious breach of these Terms.

3. Your Account

One account per person. Each player may register and maintain only one Lucky 133 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, Lucky 133 will close the additional accounts and may suspend or permanently close all associated accounts. Bonus balances on duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Account security. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Lucky 133 will never ask you for your password via chat, email or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — including deposits, withdrawals, game play and bet placement — is your responsibility whether or not you personally authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Lucky 133 support immediately.

Account verification. Lucky 133 may require you to verify your identity, age or payment method at any point. You agree to cooperate with verification requests promptly and to provide accurate documentation. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals withheld until verification is complete.

Account closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Lucky 133 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where fraudulent activity is identified, or where the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits

All deposits on Lucky 133 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform currently supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other supported mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of your account at the time of transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your Lucky 133 balance shortly after successful processing by your chosen payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa wallet transfers are typically the fastest, while Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's own processing schedule.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Lucky 133 does not charge deposit fees on standard methods, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once processed. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.

Lucky 133 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where this is deemed necessary for security or verification purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the relevant funds being withheld pending review.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from Lucky 133 are processed in PKR to the same or equivalent payment method used for deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of your identity and payment details before processing commences.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction. Current limits are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are typically processed faster than Bank Transfer withdrawals.
• Only verified accounts are eligible to process withdrawal requests. Ensure your account details and identity verification are complete before requesting a withdrawal.
• Funds derived from active bonuses that have not met their stated wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.
• Lucky 133 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard processing hours may be queued for the next available processing window.

If a withdrawal is rejected due to verification issues or a policy breach, Lucky 133 will notify you with a reason where it is permissible to do so. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

Lucky 133 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time — including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, cricket season specials tied to PSL and T20 events, fish game jackpot events and other promotions as published on the platform.

Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. The general bonus rules below apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus portion of your balance can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games and timeframe will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Lucky 133 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after being credited, the bonus amount will be removed from your balance. Any real-money funds that were deposited separately are not affected by a bonus cancellation.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other method deemed by Lucky 133 to constitute bonus abuse — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

If you are unsure whether a specific betting strategy is permissible under a bonus offer, contact Lucky 133 support before proceeding. Acting in good faith does not protect against bonus forfeiture if the activity is subsequently found to breach these Terms.

7. Games & Sports Betting

Lucky 133 provides access to slot games, fish shooting games, live dealer casino tables, card games and sports betting markets — including Cricket, PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, Football and Esports events. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or by live event results as applicable.

• Game results and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the platform. Lucky 133 will not reverse settled game outcomes or bet results except in cases of a verifiable technical error that materially affected the outcome.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session or a sports betting event, Lucky 133 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the relevant stake to your balance.
• Odds and game return-to-player (RTP) rates are set by the platform and game providers. Current RTP information for individual games is available where required by the game provider's own disclosure standards.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended or voided in the event of unusual activity, data feed errors, or confirmed event cancellations. Stakes on voided markets are returned to player balances.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lucky 133. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Cheating and exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, modified software, exploits, bugs or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or game information, or otherwise undermine the integrity of live games or sports betting markets.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using Lucky 133 to process, transfer or obscure funds derived from unlawful activity. Deposits and withdrawals must only involve funds that are legitimately yours.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute through your payment provider without first raising the issue with Lucky 133 support. Unjustified chargebacks will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Impersonation: Creating an account under a false name, using another person's identity, or misrepresenting your personal details in any way.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for any purpose, including to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent a suspension.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening or offensive communications at Lucky 133 staff or other platform users through any channel.

11. Limitation of Liability
